IS2 General Terms and Conditions

I am interested in registering for the IS2 conference organized by TATE International s.r.o., Pod spravedlností 931, 156 00 Praha 5, ID: 25148125, which is the operator of my personal data (hereafter referred to as TATE).

Necessary personal data be provided to ensure my participation at the IS2 conference. By registration for the IS2 conference I enter into a contract with TATE, whereby TATE undertakes to provide me with a service - that is the IS2 conference - and I undertake to provide TATE my personal data necessary to ensure my participation at the IS2 conference and to pay the price, according to the valid price list, for my participation at the conference. 

In this context, I provide TATE my personal data:

  • Name
  • Surname
  • e-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • Name of the company I work for
  • Position in the company

I acknowledge that TATE will use them in the following ways:

  • share them with other companies and speakers involved in the organisation of IS2 and with other conference participants,  
  • contact me by email or phone if necessary to ensure the organisation of IS2,
  • store them in the contact database and use them to send invitations to future editions of IS2 and similar activities organised by TATE like forward them to conference partners, or if it is necessary to provide access to high security facilities. 

Without providing the above personal data for the above purposes, TATE cannot ensure myattendance at IS2.

Optional personal data

If I complete the lecture and speaker quality assessment, I acknowledge that TATE will process this data for marketing and statistical purposes and may also share it with conference partners, speakers, or to communicate with me to include my suggestions in planning future events and conferences.

If I do NOT agree to this processing, I will NOT complete the evaluation.

Taking photos

Photos will be taken at the conference, some of which will subsequently be published on the TATE website, the co-organising companies' websites, or on other channels that cover IS2, LinkedIn and Facebook.

If I do NOT agree to be photographed or recorded, I will notify the organiser or photographer in advance and respect their instructions.

Cancellation of participation in the IS2 conference

If I am unable to attend the IS2 conference for which I have registered and will cancel my participation within 14 days before the conference, i.e. by May 20, 2025, I will pay a cancellation fee of CZK 2 000.

If I cancel my participation between May 21, 2025 and the date of the conference, I will pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the registration fee.

In case I am unable to attend the conference in person, I will transfer my registration to another person whose name I will report at least one week before the conference to TATE, i.e. by May 27, 2025.

If I report a substitute after this date, I understand that there is no guarantee that all prepared materials will be transcribed to the new participant's name.
