Pavel Východský has 25 years of experience in senior management positions, initially with Česká pojišťovna and its subsidiaries in the ČP/PPF Group, and subsequently with the General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic. During this time, he has worked in various roles within insurance operations, restructuring, corporate governance, insurance fraud investigation, internal security, internal audit, and ICT management. He has also managed or sponsored strategic, transformational, restructuring and implementation projects. He serves as a member of the program committee for the IS2 conference and is an external member of the Department of Finance and Economics at the Banking Institute of the University.  In addition, he works as a professional mentor and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic where he oversees strategic project management for ČSOB Pojišťovna and the ČSOB Group.
