Daniel P. Bagge is currently the Cyber Attaché of the Czech Republic to the United States and Canada. He is responsible for cooperation in the domain of cyber security on behalf of the National Cyber and Information Security Agency (NÚKIB) of the Czech Republic. Before moving to Washington D.C. he was the Director of the Cyber Security Policies Department, first in the National Security Authority and later in NÚKIB. In this position he designed and implemented national and international policies regarding CII protection, cyber threat intelligence and analysis, cyber security exercises and the National Cyber Security Strategy 2015-2020, which he co authored. He is one of the architects of the Prague 5G Security Conference and of the Prague Proposals.
