NIPC - National Information Platform for Civil-Military Cooperation

Platform for the management system of crises of non-military and military character. Designed for the strategic level of national crisis management. It provides the ability to create a common operational picture of the situation (COP) from the data of early warning systems of the concerned ministries, authorities, units and organizations. During a crisis, the tasks are performed - to clearly display aggregated data of all available resources and means, to create overview reports, to link to type plans with the possibility of their activation and to manage and monitor the subsequent distribution of tasks to subordinate offices according to the type of crisis. All these tasks require an appropriate information/integration platform for sharing information between civilian and military components of the systems designed for crisis management. However, for the purpose of such data sharing, it is also imperative to emphasize adequate cybersecurity and information security. Effective decision making can only be done over data and the right data.
