Eva Macháčková

Eva Macháčková is an experienced consultant and project manager with over 20 years of practice in managing complex transformations. She specializes in transformational projects, regulatory compliance implementation, and agile methodologies. Currently, at Komerční banka, she leads the implementation of the European DORA regulation, bridging regulatory requirements with innovative technological solutions.

Throughout her career, she has provided consulting to mid- and senior-level management in crisis management, reorganizations, and optimization solutions across industries such as banking, telecommunications, utilities, and the public sector. Eva holds several international certifications in agile management, product development, project management, and IT Service Management.

She studied Applied Informatics at the University of Economics in Prague, where she also earned her Ph.D. Eva is a proponent of functional and pragmatic solutions and enjoys tackling the challenges of complex projects, always seeking ways to achieve practically applicable results.

Barbora Kunzová

An experienced senior manager with over 10 years of expertise in digital transformation, strategic management, and project leadership. Currently, she is leading the implementation of the DORA regulatory program at Komerční banka, coordinating more than 100 stakeholders and transforming 80% of the bank’s processes. She has extensive experience in agile management and team leadership, including roles as a Tribe Coach and Chapter Lead. Previously, she successfully delivered large-scale infrastructure and development projects, such as implementing a new application and optimizing the distribution network. She holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague.

Barbora is certified in agile management, project management, and digital transformation.
