Role of IT Security in the Organization – Trends

How does the role of Cyber Security change in times of changes in European Energy and Utilities industry? How can cross boarder responsibility be taken by at the same time considering local but also central requirements and a necessary groupwide transparency on Cyber Security Risks? How does Cyber Security support technology changes, cloudification and the need for digitization as well as the convergence of IT and OT? How can Cyber Security best and the most secure support the Business strategy?
All these questions will be reflected on the concrete example of E.ON SE, an international, privately owned energy supplier based in Essen, Germany with a European wide footprint. Over 70,000 employees with a clear focus on customer solutions and energy networks work with customers and partners to drive energy system transformation in Europe.
