The article deals with issues of continuous education of employees. Due to new technologies and new conditions that have arisen after the implementation of individual elements of protection against COVID-19. It points out changes in the approach to the work of employees. Describes new threats posed by these changes. In the second part, the article focuses on new approaches to employee training. Education is no longer focused on mentoring knowledge. It focuses on easy acquisition of knowledge and practical use of knowledge. Daily work is being done more and more in households. Employee training must therefore also cover this area. Employees demand new technologies because they work with them in daily life. They play modern games, have the most modern equipment, watch TV series tailored to their needs. Part of the education is to connect the two worlds in the processes of raising security awareness: the world of households and the world of new technologies. At the end of the article, we explain each of the new options that should be considered when training employees.
