Vladimíra Chlandová is a member of the Board of Directors of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. and Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of the Vodafone Foundation. At the Czech branch of the Vodafone Group, she leads the Legal, Regulatory, Risk Management, and Corporate Security departments. She brings extensive experience in law, regulation, and compliance, gained during her tenure at T-Mobile Czech Republic, Slovak Telekom, UPC Czech Republic, and the Trelleborg Group. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and has been actively involved in industry associations and supervisory bodies for many years. Among other roles, she served for over 10 years as Chairwoman of the Board of the Czech Association of Electronic Communications, was a member of the expert panel of the Czech Telecommunication Office during the digitalization of television broadcasting, and a member of the supervisory board of the Czech Film Fund. She has repeatedly been ranked among the top 100 female lawyers in the Czech Republic.
