Dr. Costigan is an internationally recognized expert in cybersecurity, digital resilience, and emerging security challenges, with more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of policy, technology, and strategic decision-making. He is a Senior Adviser at NATO DEEP e-Academy, UNH Global Fellow, and is the lead architect of NATO’s Generic Reference Curriculums on Cybersecurity, Hybrid Threats, and Artificial Intelligence. His previous roles include senior positions at MIT, Harvard University, Columbia University, ETH Zurich, the Council on Foreign Relations, and as Director of Cyber Policy at Red Sift.
