Martin has many years of experience in the field of information systems development, including management of large project teams. For most of his professional career, he worked in the field of financial market supervision, where he was appointed with building a team for the IS/ICT supervision and managed the division, subdivision, permanent and ad-hoc teams focused on the inspection and supervision of risk management (credit risk, operational risk, validation teams for approval of OR models, IS/ICT risk, AML/CFT, internal governance and remuneration). He is currently active in the financial market in the area of ​​implementation of the DORA regulation requirements in the context of banking regulation. 

Martin is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague. In 2010, he completed his doctoral studies at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics of the same school in the field of applied informatics.
