Investigator and expert guarantor of many projects, most recently e.g. OPVK projects Partnership and Cooperation in the Field of eHealth (CZ.1.07/2.4.00/17.0071), Implementation of the Latest eHealth Methods in the Teaching of Medical Fields (CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0146) and Interactive Cardiology - Modern Teaching Methods (CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0148). The international project "UNIversal solutions in Telemedicine Deployment for European HEALTH care" and the domestic project "Support and Development of International Scientific Cooperation of the National Telemedicine Center" (EUPROII) were launched - both projects under UPOL. further e.g. project Support and development of international scientific cooperation of the National Telemedicine Center (Identification code: LE14011, provider: Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Period of solution: 1. 7. 2014 - 21. 12. 2017). Author of more than 1000 professional lectures. Organizer of congresses and conferences, in 2016 - 2023 organizer, chairman and vice-chairman of the annual congresses of the Czech Society of Cardiology for more than 3000 participants from the Czech Republic and abroad (virtual in 2020 and 2021).

Founder and main organizer of the so-called Lukls Cardiology Day - an educational event for doctors, students of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Prague and the professional and lay public.

As a professional guarantor of the Czech Medical Chamber, he organizes and leads educational events and professional seminars of the Czech Medical Chamber.
