Jan Kolouch

doc. JUDr. Jan Kolouch, Ph.D. has been working with the CESNET association for a long time and also lectures at Masaryk University and Ambis University, where he is the course guarantor for subjects focused on cybercrime and cybersecurity. He collaborates on various activities, including with the CZ.NIC association. His main area of expertise is the applicability of law and liability for unlawful conduct in cyberspace. Jan Kolouch is the author of the books CyberCrime and CyberSecurity (https://knihy.nic.cz/). He also contributes to various other projects and training programs in the fields of cybersecurity, cybercrime prevention, and user protection.
