David Kovář

Chief Commissioner of the General Crime Department of the Criminal Police and Investigation Service of the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic. He deals with the issue of cybercrime, especially of a moral nature, and the fight against online child sexual abuse.

Captain Kovář is an external lecturer at Ambis College and the College of Finance and Administration, where he teaches courses on cybercrime and cyber security.

He gives great importance to prevention in the context of cybercrime and cybersecurity and is actively involved in various preventive education events and projects.
